Erin Davenport joins Kostial Company as the Assistant to the KCo Operations Team. Her strong ability to multi-task and high degree of flexibility allowed her to immediately became a valuable addition to the KCo Operations Team.
Erin is a Certified Professional in Human Resources with 9 plus years of functional experience. She comes to KCo from a powerful list of previous outstanding career accomplishments including HR Manager, Seminar Trainer and Network Administrator.
Her unique work background allowed her hands on full cycle experience in many areas handling everything from HR, Project and Event Coordination, Employee Relations, Presentations and Training Program, Employee Recruitment, Vendor Relations, Coaching & Development Programs, and Benefits Administration, to name a few.
She has been recognized with several awards for high-quality leadership skills focused on team building, goal attainment, and effective communication.
Erin is an active member of the Society for Human Resources and her local church where she volunteers as a early-childhood teacher.
