EXECUTIVE BIO
Rebecca received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama (B.A.) and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan School of Law.
Her practice is focused primarily in the civil arena where she represents a number of small corporations and business entities and also handles civil appellate matters for those clients.
Ms. Davis prides herself on her attentiveness to detail, her responsiveness to her clients’ business concerns, and her firm’s personal service to all clients.
While in law school, Ms. Davis worked as an intern for Texas’ Second Court of Appeals’ Justice Sue Walker where she drafted both published and unpublished, criminal and civil opinions.
Ms. Davis also served as a research assistant to Cynthia Fountaine, the interim dean of Texas Wesleyan School of Law. Ms. Davis was inducted into the National Order of Barristers and was honored to be selected as a student representative in the prestigious Eldon B. Mahon American Inn of Court.
For the past seventeen years, Ms. Davis has been extremely active in the Arabian horse industry. She and her family breed and show Arabian and Half-Arabian horses throughout the United States and in Canada as well.
She spent many years as the Youth Coordinator of Region IX (Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma) of the Arabian Horse Association.
