Kostial is President and CEO of Kostial Company, a company providing marketing, media and performance-based consulting. Specifically, KCo provides executive-level consulting for marketing, advertising, public relations, corporate event planning, and online strategy. KCo also provides a variety of niche marketing experts and media alliances primarily focused in luxury and/or highly-targeted niche markets.

KCo also provides full-scope implementation and activation for sports-related marketing (sposnsorship) and MotorSports programs, working with clients to create their objectives and platfrom, then fulfilling the program with the most effective relationships to meet the directed objectives.
Professional Coaching Experience
Additionally, KCo provides extensive professional coaching experience working with a number of high-profile individuals including CXO’s, high-level executives, professional athletes and Hollywood celebrities. Kostial’s own expertise and coaching practice grew entirely from word-of-mouth and referral clientele, and is especially focused on CEO’s, professional athletes and his celebrity clients.
Since creating the consultancy, Kostial continues to work with both Time Warner Custom Publishing and Time Inc. for advertising/publisher consulting and sales and, in particular, his B2B marketing expertise. In addition, KCo serves a variety of major clients including the New York Stock Exchange and a variety of NASCAR and motor sports projects.
One aspect of KCo focuses high-end relationship and/or loyalty marketing while fulfilling consulting and/or sales with a variety of other major publishers.

Beginning HIs Career - UT/Austin, Detroit & New York City
Paul began his advertising, marketing and sales career after graduating The University of Texas at Austin with a 4.0 in his major. First working at a well-respected international advertising agency based in Detroit, Michigan – Campbell Ewald, General Motor’s agency of record since their founding in the early 1900’s (also a member of the Interpublic Group).
Paul was chosen for a management development-training program, one of six chosen from 1,000 candidates interviewed at 25 major universities across the nation. This outstanding opportunity led Paul to the Big Apple where he managed advertising media strategy for a number of well-known national brands including Mennen Company USA, Nestle, Bridgestone Tire, National Car Rental, Mr. Turkey brands and several others.
Paul is an avid sportsman with deep interests in college football, golf, tennis, and both water and snow skiing.? He is an internationally recognized Arabian horse judge who has now judged the National Championship Horse Shows for the United States, Canada and Brazil.? In addition, Paul consults and speaks on Arabian horse showing, breeding and global sales, and in addition to coaching amateur competitors to ultimate success.
Equestrian Interests - Amateur Horseman of the Year
Paul’s equestrian interest started very young and now includes more than twenty-five National Championship honors in both the United States and Canada.? He served a 5-year commitment as Chairman for the International Arabian Horse Association panel for worldwide judges – the Judges and Stewards Commission – an elite group of nice individuals peer-elected by the 300 persons who are licensed to judge Arabian horses and horse shows throughout the United States and Canada.
In 1999, Kostial was voted “United States Amateur Horseman of the Year”, an award presented to the individual selected by his peers as the most outstanding amateur competitor throughout the United States and Canada. Kostial has also previously served on the Board of Directors for the International Arabian Horse Association, the Dallas Texas Exes (University of Texas Alumni Association), chaired the Organizing Committee for the annual Texas/OU football weekend and is currently a Charter Member of the Dallas Chapter of Keiretsu Forum.
Philanthropy - Matrix Society & Kostial Global Charities
Paul’s philanthropic interests began in college with his work benefiting autistic children and young adults.? Since then, Paul has created or been involved with a number of charities and philanthropic causes, and founded The Matrix Society, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that serves the vast manpower and volunteer staffing needs for other not-for-profit organizations.?
While providing this human resource for other charities, The Matrix Society also provides opportunities for its members to meet other outstanding individuals throughout Dallas, Texas and the United States.? Created in April 2004, The Matrix Society grew to more than 2,000 members in its first year, and is now expanding nationally to serve the needs of individuals, charities and communities in virtually every metropolitan area throughout the United States.

Paul oversees the growth of KCo from its Austin headquarters while traveling extensively between Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, Denver, Minneapolis, Detroit, Cincinnati, Boston, Miami and Seattle.
