Greg Miller has decades of experience in the technology industry.  He works as a leader in organizations within software product and consulting services companies.  These companies provide business, process, education, and support solutions to Fortune 100 clients.  Greg’s forte is turning around failing business units and developing high performing business units.  The companies Greg has consulted each display a track record of contributing significant revenue and profit to the business, enhancing client satisfaction and retention and fostering productive work cultures that result in significant employee growth and retention.  He has experience working inside of private startup companies as well as large public corporations.

Greg has developed and managed organizations, people, processes and technology responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, business development, operations, delivery, education, and support.  His organizations have developed, from inception to sale, a myriad of products, education and service offerings that service a variety of business applications.

Greg also provides business and personal performance coaching to organizations, teams, couples and individuals.  His coaching is designed to enable clients to achieve their visions and objectives through awareness, tools, and accountabilities that allow them to remove obstacles, gain access to power, and create environments in which integrity, cause, freedom and full self expression are present.

Greg’s coaching in the business setting enables clients to positively impact the realization  and performance of their vision, mission, strategy, communication, negotiation, conflict, teams, management, sales and operations.  On the personal performance side, clients achieve results in the areas of career, family, finance, health, spiritual and recovery.

Greg participates with and contributes to the following charitable organizations in concert with his wife; Beas Kids a non profit organization that provides after school education programs to underprivileged Hispanic children in the Dallas area, the Union Gospel Mission, a Christian based organization that supports the homeless worldwide and mission work delivered in the US and abroad provided by Bent Tree Bible Fellowship Church.

Greg is married, with two boys, and two dogs, and currently resides in Frisco, Texas, a northern suburb Dallas.  Greg and his family attend Bent Tree Bible Fellowship and are active athletically, enjoying running, hiking and rollerblading.  Greg runs 4 half-marathons a year and he and his family participate together in 5K-10K runs.  Greg is the son of a highly decorated Air Force Colonel - his family currently resides in Texas, Colorado and Georgia while his wife’s family resides in Arkansas.
