Teresa Taylor is a unique "player" in the entertainment field. Since re-locating to Los Angeles from Austin, Texas in 1987, she's been considered one of the major forces in the area of specialty talent. As the Creator and Director of the Dance & Choreography Division of the Bobby Ball Agency, she was also a major force in the creation of the agency's Music and Sports departments. Quickly emerging as a leader in these fields, her reputation for providing quality representation with an incredibly personal touch brought her respect and notoriety with not only her clients, but with the buyers of talents as well.

During this time, she handled the careers of the industry's leading professional dancers and choreographers including names like Fatima Robinson, Travis Payne, Adam Shankman and Otis Sallid. She was involved with projects such as world-wide tours for Michael Jackson and Madonna; television shows such as the Oscars, the Grammy’s, the American Music Awards; hundreds of commercials including the well known Diet Pepsi "Uh Huh" campaign; music videos for artists such as Janet Jackson and Will Smith; and literally every other project on the West Coast utilizing professional dancers or choreographers.

After "hanging up her agenting shoes", she quickly found success as a producer and casting director. As a casting director, she has cast many national ad campaigns and concert tours including the iPod shuffle & nano spots; the Gap “Denim” campaign and Pink’s 2007 World Tour. During her time as the VP of Production and Development at ITG (International Television Group), she produced a pilot for a children’s series titled “Uncle Wally’s General Store” starring Wally (Famous Amos) Amos. She has also produced numerous national & international commercial campaigns; a series of award winning comedy/documentary specials for Oxygen titled “Who Needs Hollywood?” and for five years has been an Executive Producer of the American Choreography Awards and most recently, the highly acclaimed Choreography Media Honors.

Known for her expertise in the dance and urban media markets, she is in development on several projects including an urban marketing consulting group, an online dance download network, and a diverse slate of reality and scripted television projects.
