She is a certified productivity consultant – she leads Mission Control™ Productivity workshops and consults senior executives and leaders in the implementation of advanced productivity practices.

Carol has led personal and professional development seminars to more than 1,000 individuals, training people to communicate in a way that removes barriers to breakthrough performance and releasing their maximum energy, full creativity, self-expression and passion.

In addition to her work in the business world, Carol’s passion for sports has led her to write a series of inspirational vignettes for athletes that she has titled Inspired Athletes. In this domain, she works with elite athletes, guiding them to communicate with the Divine Guidance that is within them.
